Big Ben chimes and strikes thirteen; a magical time when once a year for just over an hour the statue of Winston Churchill in Parliament Square, London comes alive and descends from his plinth to indulge himself in three of his greatest passions....

....drinking whisky, smoking cigars and listening to himself talk. He talks of his childhood, his education, his marriage, his painting and writing and of course of his many years at the centre of the political stage.

Pip is recognised as one of the world's leading writers and performers of solo drama, recently winning the audience prize for best play at the International Pushkin Festival in Pskov, Russia. He has toured widely not only in the UK but internationally performing original work.

'This is a tremendous show beautifully performed and should not be missed'
