Cicatrix Visual Arts Workshop - Memorial Plaques
October 24, 2015 @ 2:00 PM
This two hour visual arts workshop explores printing techniques, using Salisbury Plain and the events of WW1 as the stimulus.
Use mono-printing techniques with mirrors, graphite, wax and varnishes to produce plaster plaques. These plaques will form part of an Armistice Day pop-up exhibition.
The Cicatrix artists will explain the concept of the original exhibition and give out catalogues so that those participants unfamiliar with this collaborative project can see images and gain an understanding of the work.
Spaces are limited and the event is free, but you will need a ticket to take part.
